Kev's Broski Dog

Inspired by our 8-year-old son and his love for bold, fun flavours, the Broski Dog is a beast of a hot dog - crispy bacon, zesty jalapeños, fresh lettuce, and two signature SAGE sauces layered on a toasted roll with an O'Flynn's gourmet sausage. The name 'Broski' captures the energy - playful, satisfying, and perfect for sharing with your crew.

The SAGE Buttermilk Ranch is a fan-favourite, made using real West Cork buttermilk and our signature blend of herbs. Cool, creamy, and tangy - it balances the spice and smokiness beautifully in this ultimate hot dog.

• 1 O'Flynn's SAGE & Black Pepper Cumberland sausage (or any in their gourmet range)
• 2 slices streaky bacon
• 1 soft hot dog roll
• 1-2 baby gem lettuce leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños
• 1 tbsp chopped crispy bacon
• 2 tbsp SAGE Buttermilk Ranch
• 1 tbsp SAGE Chimichurri

Cook the Sausage:

Pan-fry the O'Flynn's sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

Crisp the Bacon:

In the same pan or separately, fry streaky bacon until crispy. Set aside and chop once cooled.

Toast the Roll:

Lightly toast the hot dog roll in a dry pan or under a grill until golden.
