Microwave:
Remove the lid & place in microwave. Heat at 800w for 4 mins stirring halfway through cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
On the Hob:
Pour contents into a suitable sized pot & gently bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes. Do not boil.
Store in the fridge 2-5°C.
Suitable for home freezing. Use within 3 months of freezing. Defrost before use & use within 24 hrs of defrosting.
Refrigerate after opening & consume within 24 hrs.

Serve up with some baby potatoes, parsley, sea salt & Irish butter or boiled rice.
